The On With Life Ankeny campus sits on 20 acres of land on the south side of town and was the starting point of On With Life when we opened in 1991. Our beautiful grounds feature a 1.5-acre therapy grounds, a fishing pond and walking paths .
On With Life's Long-Term Skilled Care program relocated to Polk City in 2024. With 40 licensed beds available, our Polk City offers homey rooms for persons served; bright, open therapy spaces; and outdoor therapy grounds. The building is just minutes away from Polk City's town square, bike trails, and more!
On With Life's Coralville Outpatient Neuro Rehabilitation clinic opened in January 2020. The new campus allows us to offer speech therapy, physical therapy and occupational therapy services in eastern Iowa.
